The countries are fighting with this pandemic in their own ways within their available means and resources but the health is the foremost priority of the present world. Pakistan is also trying to tackle this pandemic with its meagre resources. Health is a devolved subject in Pakistan after 18th amendment of the constitution. Therefore, being a federation, it is the prime responsibility of a provincial government for the provision of health services to the general public but this pandemic also requires an effective role of federal government in this regard for coping with this crisis effectually and also for dealing with the future health endeavors successfully. How can federal government of Pakistan play its role in the prevailing constitutional arrangement to deal with the present health crisis effectively? Identify two ways in this regard.
