I voted for Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in 2013. I voted for Imran Khan in 2018. He was the National Assembly PTI candidate in my area of residence in Lahore. The region of Pakistan was one among the cradles of civilisation. Stone-age hunter-gatherers lived on the Potohar plateau and within the Soan Valley in northern Punjab 300,000 or more years ago. Excavations on the Balochistan plateau show a more advanced culture which flourished from 4000 to 2000 BCE. At Kot Diji within the Khairpur district, an early bronze age culture developed during this period. The All India Muslim League was founded in 1907.
As the subcontinent moved towards independence, it became clear that Hindu and Muslim interests couldn’t be reconciled. The campaign to determine an independent Muslim state came to prominence within the 1920s and 30s. it had been led by the philosopher and poet Mohammad Iqbal and Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
Pakistan was created, as an Islamic state, out of the partition of the UK’s Indian Empire, at independence in August 1947. It originally consisted of two parts, Pakistan (now Pakistan) and Bangladesh (now Bangladesh), separated by 1,600 km of Indian territory. Partition was followed by war with India over Kashmir and therefore the mass migration of Muslims, Hindus and Sikhs to resettle within the new borders, an upheaval which led to violence, loss and death on an outsized scale. With the arrival of Indian Muslims and departure of Pakistan’s Hindus and Sikhs, Pakistan became an almost entirely Muslim society. Jinnah, who is honoured because the Quaid-i-Azam, or great leader, died in 1948.
In 1956, Pakistan became a federal republic. it’s been under military rule for long periods. Its first Prime Minister, Liaquat Ali Khan, was assassinated in 1951. In 1958, law was declared and political parties abolished. General (later Field Marshal) Ayub Khan became President in 1960 and allowed a sort of guided ‘basic democracy’. However, failure to win the 1965 war against India and accusations of nepotism and corruption undermined his position. within the east, the Awami League of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman voiced the grievances of the Bengali population. Ayub Khan resigned in 1969 and power was appropriated by General Yahya Khan, who in December 1970 held the primary national elections in independent Pakistan.
Mujib and therefore the Awami League won an electoral majority in Pakistan’s election on a platform demanding greater autonomy for Bangladesh . At an equivalent time Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) gained a majority within the West. Despite Mujib’s victory, he was prevented by the Pakistan authorities from becoming Prime Minister of the combined state and therefore the Awami League then issued their own plans for a replacement constitution for an independent state within the East. The National Assembly was dissolved and a caretaker leader installed until Islami Jamhoori Ittehad led by Nawaz Sharif won a decisive election victory in October 1990. Sharif pursued economic reforms and privatisation and instituted Sharia (Islamic) law until 1993 when President and Prime Minister resigned struggling from the military, making way for fresh elections which brought Benazir Bhutto back to power by alittle majority.
In November 1996, President Sardar Farooq Khan Leghari, prompted by the military supreme headquarters and opposition leaders, used the eighth amendment to the constitution, and dissolved the National Assembly, bringing down the Bhutto government and alleging corruption, financial incompetence, and human rights violations. New elections were held in February 1997. The Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) – previously the most component of the Islami Jamhoori Ittehad – won 134 seats within the National Assembly and Sharif became Prime Minister. Bhutto’s Pakistan People’s Party retained only 18 seats. In April 1997, Sharif was ready to gain the PPP’s support to realize the two- thirds majority necessary to repeal the eighth amendment, ending the President’s ability to dissolve the National Assembly. He also took over from the President the facility to appoint Supreme Court judges and military chiefs-of-staff.
In October 1999, Sharif ordered the dismissal of Army Chief of Staff General Pervez Musharraf, and refused permission to land for the commercial aircraft during which he was returning to Karachi (from a politician visit to Sri Lanka). the military countermanded the Prime Minister’s orders and immediately seized power, dismissing the govt and arresting Sharif. Musharraf justified his actions as necessary to revive both the economy and therefore the deteriorating political situation. Pending the restoration of democracy the Commonwealth Ministerial Action Group (CMAG) suspended Pakistan from the councils of the Commonwealth.
Kashmir

نواز شریف سے قوم اور فوج اگر ناراض ھے تو کیوں ناراض ھو سکتی ھے ؟ آئیے اس امر کا ایک سابقہ سرکاری افسر کا تجزیہ ملاحظہ فرمائیں
☝بقول ڈاکٹر عبد القدیر خان جو اسنے جاوید چودھری کے پروگرام میں انکشاف کیا تھا کہ نواز شریف انڈین دھماکوں کا جواب دینے کی اجازت نہیں دے رہا تھا تب میں نے ان کو ایک دھمکی آمیز خط لکھا کہ
"اگر آپ نے دھماکے نہیں کیے تو قوم آپ کو کبھی معاف نہیں کرے گی
سارے سائنسدان پریس کانفرنس کے ذریعے عوام کو بتادینگے کہ ہمارے پاس کب سے تیار پڑا ہے، ہم نے آپ کو فیل نہیں کیا بلکہ آپ کے حکمران نے آپ کوفیل کردیا”
ڈاکٹر قدیر کی اس دھمکی کے بعد نواز شریف کے پاس کوئی چارہ نہیں رہا۔
تمام اپوزیشن جماعتوں کے علاوہ آرمی چیف جنرل جہانگیر کرامت نے بھی ایٹمی دھماکوں کے لیے دباؤ ڈالا جس کا بدلہ نواز شریف نے دھماکوں کے فوراً بعد ان سے استعفے کی صورت میں لے لیا
☝☝کشمیر کی چوٹیوں پر دونوں افواج سخت سردیوں میں نیچے اتر آتی تھیں
84ء میں انڈین افواج بظاہر گلیشیر سے اترنے کے بعد نہایت خاموشی سے دوبارہ واپس چلی گئیں اور ان چوکیوں پر قبضہ کر لیا جو پاک فوج نے خالی کی تھیں
جواباً ایک طویل اور صبر آزما انتظار کے بعد 99ء میں پاک فوج نیچے اترنے کے بعد دوبارہ واپس گئی اور انڈیا کی خالی کی گئی تمام چوٹیوں پر قبضہ کر لیا
اس قبضے کے نتیجے میں سیاچن اور لداخ میں موجود انڈیا کی بہت بڑی فوج محصور ہوگئی اور ان کے لیے جانے والی اکلوتی سپلائی لائن پاکستان کے نشانے پر آگئی
بھاری جانی و مالی نقصان اٹھانے کے باؤجود انڈیا چوٹیوں کا قبضہ واپس لینے میں ناکام رہا
اسی دوران انڈیا اقوام متحدہ اور امریکہ کو پاکستان پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے لیے مجبور کرتا رہا
بالاآخر 4 جولائی 1999 کو نواز شریف نے صدر کلنٹن سے ملاقات کے فوراً بعد پاک فوج کو کارگل کی چوٹیاں خالی کرنے کا حکم دے دیا
نواز شریف کے اس فیصلے کے بعد پاکستان نہ صرف ایک جیتی ہوئی جنگ ہار گیا بلکہ دوران پسپائی پاک فوج کو پشت پر کیے گئے حملوں میں بہت زیادہ جانی نقصان اٹھانا پڑا
☝☝☝اگست 1999 میں دو انڈین ائیر کرافٹس نے پاکستانی فضائی حدود میں نیوی کا مسافر جہاز مار گرایا جس میں نیوی کے 16 افیسرز شہید ہوگئے
نواز شریف نے معاملے کو یکسر نظر انداز کر دیا اپنے وزیراعظم کی اس بے حسی نے نیوی پر بہت برا اثر ڈالا اور اس وقت کے نیوی ایڈمرل عبد العزیز مرزا نواز شریف کے خلاف ہوگئے۔
☝☝☝☝اکتوبر 1999ء میں بھارتی صدر اندر کمار گجرال نے انکشاف کیا کہ نواز شریف نے مجھے کشمیری مجاہدین کی سرگرمیوں کی خفیہ رپورٹس دیں
☝☝☝☝☝12 اکتوبر 1999 کو اس وقت کے آرمی چیف پرویز مشرف کے جہازکو پاکستان میں اترنے کی جازت نہیں دی اور حکم جاری کیا کہ کراچی ائر پورٹ مذکورہ جہاز کے لیے سیل کر دیا جائے
جہاز کے کیپٹن نے ری فیولنگ کے لیے نواب شاہ ائرپورٹ پر اترنے کی اجازت مانگی تو نواز شریف نے حکم جاری کیا کہ یہ ری فیولنگ انڈیا میں کروائی جائے۔ یوں پاکستان کے حاضر سروس چیف آف آرمی سٹاف کو انڈیا بھیجنے پر تیار ہوگئے
☝☝☝☝☝☝2008ء میں ممبئی حملوں کے فوراً بعد نواز شریف نے کامران خان کو انٹرویو دیتے ہوئےکہا کہ ” میں نے خود چیک کروایا ہے قصاب یہیں کا ہے، آخر ایسا کرنے کی ضرورت کیوں پڑی، ہمیں اپنا گھر صاف کرنے کی ضرورت ہے”
☝☝☝☝☝☝☝اپریل 2010ء میں پیپلز پارٹی کے ساتھ ملکر اٹھارویں آئینی ترمیم منظور کی جس نے پاکستان میں صوبائیت کو مزید بڑھاوا دیا اور مرکز کو کمزور کیا
جس کے بعد انڈیا کے لیے پاکستان میں صوبائی قوم پرستی کو ابھارنا مزید آسان ہوگیا
☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝اگست 2011ء میں اپنا مشہور زمانہ بیان جاری فرمایا کہ” ہماری زبان‘ کلچر ایک ہے‘ صرف سرحد کی ایک لکیر درمیان میں آ گئی‘ ورنہ جس رب کو بھارتی پوجتے ہیں‘ ہم بھی اسی کو پوجتے ہیں “
اسی بیان میں مزید فرمایا کہ
“واجپائی ٹھیک کہتے ہیں، ہم نے انڈیا کی پیٹھ میں چھرا مارا یہ سب جانتے ہیں، بھارت نے تو کارگل کا انکوائری کمشن بنا دیا لیکن یہاں کیا کہیں کہ کون آج تک کارگل کی انکوائری نہیں ہونے دے رہے ہیں”
☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝2013ء کے انتخاب میں عمران خان کی بے پناہ مقبولیت کے باؤجود نواز شریف حیران کن طور پر بھاری مارجن سے جیت گیا،
معید پیرزادہ نامی مشہور اینکر نے دعوی کیا کہ نواز شریف کو جتوانے کے پیچھے انڈیا اور انٹرنیشنل اسٹیبلشمنٹ ہے اور آنے والے دنوں میں نواز شریف انڈیا اور عالمی اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے مفادات پورے کرے گا
☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝مئی 2014ء میں نواز شریف گجرات میں ہزاروں مسلمانوں کے قاتل اور پاکستان دشمنی کے نعرے پر ووٹ لینے والے نریندر مودی کی تقریب حلف برداری میں شرکت کرنے کے لیے خصوصی طور پر دہلی پہنچا
نریندر مودی نے حلف اٹھاتے ہی سارے کام چھوڑ کر پاکستان کے خلاف پوری دنیا میں نہایت جارحانہ سفارت کاری شروع کردی
جواباً نواز شریف نے پاکستان کا وزیرخارجہ مقرر نہ کرنے کا حیران کن فیصلہ کیا یوں نریندر مودی کے لیے میدان بلکل خالی چھوڑ دیا۔ البتہ جاتے جاتے خواجہ آصف کو وزیرخارجہ مقرر کیا جس نے واحد کارنامہ یہ سرانجام دیا کہ امریکہ جاکر بیان داغ دیا کہ ”حافظ سعید پاکستان سے باہر دہشت گردی کرتا رہا ہے اور ہمیں اپنا گھر صاف کرنے کی ضرورت ہے”

☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝کشمیر کمیٹی کا چیرمین فضل الرحمن کو مقرر کیا جو 2002ء میں مسئلہ کشمیر کو علاقائی تنازع قرار دے چکا ہے اور کشمیری مجاہدین کو دہشت گرد قرار دے چکا
☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝نواز شریف کی آمد کے بعد انڈین فوج کا کشمیریوں پر ظلم کئی گنا بڑھ گیا اور کشمیریوں کو جانوروں کا شکار کرنے والی پیلٹ گنوں سے نشانہ بنایا جانے لگا
جواباً کشمیریوں کی تحریک آزادی بھی عروج پر پہنچ گئی۔لیکن نواز شریف نے سوائے اقوام متحدہ میں ایک رسمی بیان جاری کرنے کے کشمیر کے لیے سفارتی محاذ پر ایک لفظ تک نہیں بولا
☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝☝2014ء میں راحیل شریف نے نواز شریف کو ایک آڈیو سنائی جس میں ایک انڈین جنرل ٹی ٹی پی کے امیر فضل اللہ کو ہدایات دے رہا تھا
یہی آڈیو امریکن سفیر کو بھی سنائی گئی تھی
بلوچ فراریوں نے ہتھیار ڈال کر اعتراف کیا کہ انڈیا ان کو پاکستان میں دہشت گردی کرنے کے لیے سپورٹ کر رہا ہے
اسی طرح فاٹا اور کراچی میں پکڑے جانے والے دہشت گردوں نے بھی یہی بیانات دئیے
نواز شریف کو پاک فوج نے تمام شواہد پر مبنی ایک ڈوسئیر بنا کر دیا تاکہ انڈیا کے خلاف اقوام متحدہ میں اپنا کیس جمع کروا سکیں
لیکن نواز شریف اپنے وعدے سے مکر گیا اور وہ ڈوسئیر تاحال جمع نہیں کروایا جا سکا

جنوری 2015ء میں انڈین قومی سلامتی کے مشیر اور نریندر مودی کے بعد انڈیا کی سب سے طاقتور شخصیت اجیت ڈاوول نے بیان جاری کیا کہ ہم پاکستان میں دہشت گردی کریں گے، اس کے لیے دہشت گردوں کو دگنی رقم دینگے اور کانٹے سے کانٹا نکالیں گے
جون 2015ء میں نریندر مودی نے بنگلہ دیش جاکر برملا اعتراف کیا کہ ہم نے بنگالیوں کے ساتھ ملکر پاکستان توڑا
اسی سال نریندر مودی اور اجیت ڈاؤول نے پاکستان کو توڑ کر بلوچستان الگ کرنے کے بیانات بھی جاری کیے اور کہا کہ بلوچستان ہمیں پکار رہا ہے۔ لیکن جواباً نواز شریف مکمل طور پر خاموش رہا
دسمبر 2015ء میں نریندر مودی اجیت کمار ڈاوؤل کے ہمراہ اچانک نواز شریف کی نواسی کی شادی میں شرکت کرنے ان کے گھر جاتی امراء رائیونڈ پہنچ گئے۔ سرخ قالین بچھا کر ان کو استقبال کیا گیا اور نواز شریف ان کو ریسیو کرنے اور چھوڑنے ائر پورٹ تک گئے
مارچ 2016ء میں پاک فوج نے ایرانی صدر کے دورہ پاکستان کے موقع پر انڈین جاسوس کل بھوشن یادیو کی گرفتاری ظاہر کی جو چاہ بہار سے آپریٹ کر رہا تھا
نواز شریف نے ایرانی صدر کے ساتھ اس پر بات تک نہیں کی۔کلبھوشن یادیو نے اعتراف کیا کہ فاٹا سے کراچی تک پاکستان میں ہونے والی دہشت گردی کی پشت پناہی انڈیا کر رہا ہے
نواز شریف نے کلبھوشن کا معاملہ عالمی برادری کے سامنے اٹھانا تو درکنار اس کا نام تک لینا پسند نہ کیا۔ نواز شریف کلبھوشن کو آج بھی دہشت گرد قرار دینے کے لیے تیار نہیں وہ اس کے لیے “جاسوس” کا لفظ استعمال کرتا ہے
یوں جاسوسی کی جدید تاریخ مین ISI کی سب سے بڑی کامیابی کو خاک میں ملا دیا
کلبھوشن کے معاملے میں انڈیا مئی 2017ء میں عالمی عدالت پہنچا

پاک فوج کو عین آخری لمحات عجلت میں وکیل بھیجنا پڑا
عالمی عدالت نے کل بھوشن کی سزا پر انڈیا کو پاکستان کے خلاف سٹے دے دیا
ٹائمز آف انڈیا نے فروری 2016ء میں انکشاف کیا کہ نواز شریف کی آمد کے بعد صرف تین سال کے عرصے میں پاکستان سے انڈیا 14 ارب ڈالر کی رقوم منتقل کی گئیں ہیں
کس کھاتےمیں؟
یہ آج تک واضح نہیں ہوسکا!
خیال رہے کہ نواز شریف کی آمد سے قبل پاکستان سے انڈیاکو کسی قسم کی رقوم نہیں بھیجی جاتی تھیں
اپریل 2016ء میں ایک انڈین دفاعی تجزیہ نگار نے ٹی وی پر آکر برملا اعتراف کیا کہ ہم نے نواز شریف پر سرمایہ کاری کی ہے اور ہم اس کو ضرور بچائنگے
اس وقت نواز شریف پر پانامہ کا گھیرا تنگ ہورہا تھا
ستمبر 2016ء میں طاہرالقادری نےنواز شریف کی شوگر ملوں میں انڈین جاسوسوں کی موجودگی کا انکشاف کیا
جس کے فوراً بعد ان جاسوسوں کی تصاویر اور ویزا فارم سوشل میڈیا پر گردش کرنے لگے
اکتوبر 2016ء میں ڈان اخبار میں سیرل المیڈا کے توسط سے مضمون چھپا جس میں پاکستان اور پاک فوج کو خطےمیں دہشت گردی کا ذمہ دار قرار دیا گیا اور یہ کہ نواز شریف پاک فوج کو دہشت گردی سے روکنے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے
خبر کے تانے بانے پرویز رشید سے ہوتے ہوئے مریم نواز اور نواز شریف تک جا رہے تھے
دونوں نے خبر کو من گھڑت قرار دیتے ہوئے پرویز رشید کو عہدے سے ہٹا دیا
اپریل 2017ء میںTTP ترجمان احسان اللہ احسان نے خود کو پاک فوج کے حوالے کر دیا
جس کے بعد اس کا ایک سنسنی خیز انٹرویو کیا گیا
اس انٹرویو میں اس نے نہ صرف ٹی ٹی پی اور جماعت الحرار کی پشت پر انڈیا کی موجودگی کا پول کھولا بلکہ یہ بھی بتایا کہ بلوچ فراریوں کی طرح ٹی ٹی پی کے بہت سے لوگ ہتھیار ڈالنے کے لیے تیار ہیں اگر ان کو واپسی کا راستہ دیا جائے
سلیم صافی نے TTP کے ترجمان احسان اللہ احسان کا ایک نسبتاً زیادہ تفصیلی انٹرویو نشر کرنے کا اعلان کیا جس میں دہشت گردوں، را اور این ڈی ایس میں موجود تعلقکے حوالے سے مزید انکشافات کیے جانے تھے
لیکن وہ انٹریو شائع ہونے سے قبل ہی اچانک انڈین بزنس ٹائکون اور افغان معاملات کے حوالے سے خصوصی طور پر متحرک سجن جندال بغیر کسی ویزے کے پاکستان پہنچا اور مری میں نواز شریف سے چند گھنٹوں کی ایک خفیہ ملاقات کی
ملاقات کی تفصیلات کبھی منظر عام پر نہیں آسکیں لیکن اس ملاقات کے فوراً بعد نواز شریف کے حکم پر احسان اللہ احسان کا تفصیلی انٹرویو شائع کرنے سے روک دیا گیا
یوں دباؤ میں آئے ہوئے انڈیا کو ریلیف مل گیا
انڈیا کو پاکستانی ڈیموں پر ہمیشہ اعتراض رہا ہے نواز شریف نے پہلے زرداری کے ساتھ ملکرکالاباغ ڈیم کو ہمیشہ کے لیے دفن کرنے کا اعلان کیا
اس کے بعد دیا میر بھاشا پر کام مکمل طور پر رکوا دیا
پرویز مشرف کا نیلم جہلم ڈیم 2009ء میں مکمل ہونا تھا، اس پر کام سست کروا کر 2018ء تک کھینچ لیا اور چند ماہ پہلے اسی ڈیم پر کھڑے ہو کر انڈیا سے بجلی خریدنے کا اعلان کیا کیونکه انڈیانے پاکستانی دریاؤں کے پانی کو روک کر بےشمار ڈیم مکمل کرلیۓ ھیں…
پاک ایران چین گیس پائپ لائن پر بھی انڈیا کو شدید تحفظات تھے، وہ منصوبہ بھی نواز شریف نے ہی معطل کروایا تھا
نواز شریف کا دعوی ہے کہ وہ انڈیا کے ساتھ تعلقات ٹھیک کرنے کی کوشش کر رہاہے لیکن سچائی یہ ہے کہ سوائے انڈین الزامات کو تقویت دینے کے ایسی کوئی کوشش نہیں کی گئی
پاکستان کے انڈیا کے ساتھ تعلقات کس حد تک ٹھیک ہو چکے ہیں اس کا اندازہ اس سے لگایا جا سکتا ہےکہ نواز شریف کے دور حکومت میں انڈیا نے ایل او سی پر جتنے حملے کیے ہیں اتنے پاکستان کی تاریخ میں کبھی نہیں کیے
یہ حملے تب خاص طور پر بڑھ جاتے ہیں جب نواز شریف پر دباؤ بڑھتا ہے
3 مئی 2018ء کو نواز شریف نے احتساب عدالت کی سیڑھیوں پرکھڑے ہوکر کہا کہ” میرے سینے میں بہت راز ہیں، ان کے افشا ہونے سے پہلے سدھر جائیں”چند دن پہلے نواز شریف نے ڈان نیوز سے اپنا انٹرویو لینےکی فرمائش کی
سیرل المیڈا کو خصوصی طور پر بلوا کر جو انٹرویو دیا اس کا مندرجہ ذیل حصہ پوری دنیا کی توجہ کا مرکز بن گیا
”پاکستان میں دہشت گرد تنظیمیں متحرک ہیں، آپ انہیں غیر ریاستی عناصر کہیں، کیا ہمیں دس سال پهلے ان کو سرحد پار جاکر ممبئ میں 150 افراد کو قتل کرنے کی اجازت دینی چاہیے تھی؟ ہم ان کے خلاف مقدمات کیوں ختم نہیں کر پا رہے؟ ”
تین بار وزیراعظم رہنے والے اس کو اتنا نہیں علم کہ انڈیا شواہد اور ثبوت فراہم کرنے کے لیے تیار ھی نہیں اس لیے مقدمات ختم نہیں ہو رہے
حالانکه انڈین صحافیوں نے خود یه بھانڈا پھوڑا که ممبئ حملے انڈین حکومت نےخود کرواۓتھے پاکستان کو بدنام کرنے کیلیۓ…
نواز شریف نے جو بیان دیا انڈیا عالمی برادری کے سامنے پاکستان کے خلاف بلکل یہی موقف پیش کر رہا ہے
نواز شریف کے سپورٹرز نے کہا کہ نواز شریف کے بیان کو توڑ مروڑ کر پیش کیا گیا
لیکن اگلےہی دن نواز شریف نے اپنے بیان کی تصدیق کرتے ہوئے اعلان کیاکہ ان کا بیان بلکل صحیح شائع کیا گیا ہے۔جواباً پاک فوج نے وزیراعظم کو قومی سلامتی کا اجلاس طلب کرنے کی تجویز دی جس کو قبول کر لیا گیا
اس کانفرنس میں ریاست پاکستان نے متفقہ طور پر نواز شریف کا بیان مسترد کردیا
البتہ مریم اورنگزیب نے اس کانفرنس کا بیانیہ پی ٹی وی پر نشر ہونے نہیں دیا
اگلے دن وزیراعظم شاہد خاقان عباسی نے کمال ڈھٹائی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے دوبارہ فرمایا کہ کہ نواز شریف کا بیان توڑ مروڑ کر پیش کیا گیا ہے اور وہ آج بھی میرے وزیراعظم ہیں۔اس بیان کے بعد مریم نواز نے بیان جاری کیا کہ ڈان لیکس والی خبر بلکل درست تھی اور پرویز رشید کو سزا دینا غلط تھا
یہ امر ملحوظ رہے کہ دونوں بار ڈان اخبار اور سیرل المیڈا صحافی استعمال ہوا
انڈیا اس وقت پوری طاقت سے اقوام عالم کے سامنے اس بیان کا ڈھونڈورا پیٹ رہا ہے اور امکان ظاہر کیا جا رہا ہے کہ انڈیا اس بیان کو لے کر پاکستان کے خلاف اقوام متحدہ میں جائے گا
یہ بیان ایک نہایت خطرناک وقت میں دیا گیا جبکہ صرف چند دن بعد پاکستان کے حوالے سے فیصلہ کیا جانا تھا کہ پاکستان کو دہشت گرد ممالک کی عالمی واچ لسٹ میں شامل کیا جائے یا نہیں؟
نواز شریف کے اس بیان کے بعد پاکستان کو دھشتگرد ملکوں کی فهرست یعنی گرے لسٹ میں شامل کیا گیا اور اب پاکستانیوں کو ساری دنیا میں ویزوں، رقوم کی منتقلی اور بیرونی ممالک کے ساتھ تجارت میں شدید مشکلات پیش آئیں گی
اس وقت پاکستان کے ساری سرحدیں ایکٹیو ہیں
افغانستان اور انڈیا مسلسل پاکستانی سرحدوں پر حملے کر رہے ہیں
ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ شمالی کوریا سے معاہدہ کر کے پوری توجہ پاکستان پر مرکوز کرنا چاہتا ہے
پاکستان کی فوجی امداد بند ہے
امریکہ میں پاکستانی سفیروں کی نقل و حمل پر پابندی لگ چکی ہے اور پاکستان میں ایسے گروہ متحرک کر دئیے گئے ہیں جو پاکستان کو ظالم ریاست قرار دیتے ہوئے کھل کر پاکستان کے خلاف اقوام متحدہ، امریکہ، انڈیا حتی کہ اسرائیل تک سے فوجی کراوائی کرنے کی درخواست کر رہے ہیں
ان گروہوں میں اس وقت لبرلز کے جھنڈے تلے چلنے والی ” پشتین تحریک ” ٹاپ پر ہے
اس تحریک کے حوالے سے بھی نواز شریف کا کردار خاصا مشکوک ہے
نواز شریف حکومت نے آئی ڈی پیز کو کسی طرح کی مدد فراہم نہیں کی نہ ہی ان کی واپسی کے بعد وزیرستان میں تعمیر نو کا کوئی کام کیا
سوائے اس کے جو پاک فوج اپنے بل بوتے پر کرتی رہی
یوں ان کی بڑی تعداد ناراض ہوگئی
نواز شریف کے اہم ترین اتحادی فضل الرحمن اور محمود اچکزئی مسلسل دہشت گردوں کے خلاف آپریشن کو قبائل کے خلاف آپریشن قرار دیتے رہے پاک فوج نے فاٹا کے تمام مسائل کا حل فاٹا اصلاحات کی شکل میں پیش کیا جس کی نواز شریف کے دونوں اتحادیوں محمود اچکزئی اور فضل الرحمن نے شدید مخالفت کی
یوں فاٹا اصلاحات پر عمل نہیں کروایا گیا
جب نقیب اللہ قتل ہوا تو نواز حکومت زرداری کے دست راست راؤ انوار کی گرفتاری میں پس و پیش سے کام لیتی رہی
نقیب اللہ کو لے کر پشتین تحریک اٹھی تو نواز حکومت نے ایک بار بھی ان سے بات چیت کرنے کی کوشش نہیں کی،حالانکہ تحریک کی سرکردگی نواز شریف کا دست راست محموداچکزئی کر رہا تھا
الٹا نواز شریف کی بیٹی مریم نواز نے نہ صرف اس تحریک کے نعرے ”دہشت گردی کے پیچھے وردی ہے” کو سپورٹ کرنے کا اعلان کیا بلکہ اپنے تیس ہزار کارکن بھی ان کے جلسے میں شرکت کرنے کے لیے بھیجنے کا وعدہ کیا
مذکورہ تحریک کی قیادت پاکستان کا باغی لادین اور لبرل طبقہ کر رہا ہے جن پر مغرب خصوصی طور پر مہربان ہے
اس لیے وہ دنیا بھر میں پاکستان کے خلاف جلسے کر رہے ہیں اور پاکستان کو ایک دہشت گرد ریاست کے طور پر پیش کرتے ہوئے پاکستان کے خلاف اقوام عالم سے کروائی کا مطالبہ کر رہے ہیں
اگر پاکستان کےخلاف عالمی دباؤ بڑھتا ہے تو نواز شریف کو اس کا فوری فائدہ یہ ہوگا کہ اس کی دنیا بھر میں اربوں ڈالر کے اثاثے محفوط ہوجائینگے اور نواز شریف دنیا کو بتائےگا کہ درحقیقت ریاست پاکستان کی اس کے خلاف کاروائی اسکی دہشت گردی کے خلاف موقف کی وجہ سے ہے نہ کہ کرپشن کی وجہ سے
اگر پاکستان کے خلاف کوئی بہت بڑی فوجی کاروائی عمل میں لائی جاتی ہے تو یہ سونے پہ سہاگہ والی بات ہوگی
یہ ظالم انسان محض اپنے چند ٹکوں کے لیے پوری ریاست کو برباد کر دینا چاہتا ہے اور محض اپنی جان بچانے کے لیے 22 کروڑ لوگوں کو مروانا چاہتا ہے
میر جعفر اور میر صادق غدار تھے لیکن انہوں ایک چھوٹی سی ہاری ہوئی ریاست کے خلاف غداری کی تھی جو اس خطے میں برطانیہ کے خلاف مسلمانوں کی دم توڑتی ہوئی آخری مزاحمت تھی
لیکن نواز شریف جو غداری کر رہا ہے وہ عالم اسلام کے سب سے مضبوط قلعے میں نقب لگا رہا ہے
یہ نقب صرف پاکستان میں بسنے والے 22 کروڑ مسلمانوں کو ہی متاثر نہیں کرے گی بلکہ پاکستان کی ایٹمی قوت کی وجہ سے سعودی عرب، ترکی حتی کہ ایران تک کو جو تقویت ملتی ہے وہ بھی ختم ہوجائیگی اور دنیا بھر کے مسلمان ہل کر رہ جائیں گے
نواز شریف مسلمانوں کی تاریخ کا سب سے بڑا غدار ہے !
