You have the option to select your language and location on YouTube on your computer and mobile web, and the option to select your location on the YouTube mobile app. Language settings change the text that appears.

Hands-on-Exercises are for your practice to elevate your knowledge by practicing on it. It is not compulsory to change your name you can use your existing profile name.

YouTube translation option is not available.

You can add translated video titles and descriptions to your videos so your fans can find your videos in their own language. Translating your videos makes them more accessible to viewers outside of your home country/region and helps you build a global audience.

Sign in to YouTube Studio.
From the left menu, select Subtitles.
Select a video.
If you haven’t selected the language for a video, you’ll be asked to choose the language and Confirm.
Select Add language and select the language you’d like to translate to.
Under “Title & description”, select Add.
Enter the translated title and description, and select Publish.

You are supposed to create a new Instagram account, for doing so you have to use your mobile phone to access the Instagram app, as it’s easier for you to create an Instagram account from a mobile app (explained and mentioned in video lessons). After creating a new account and performing given tasks, take screenshots of those steps.
