Negotiation and communication skills are very important while dealing with your client. While communicating with the client, always keep in mind the win-win situation and pay close attention to your first impression & reduce the waiting times.
First, you need to improve the understandability so you can interpret the client’s message and secondly, you must be able to convey your planned message as it is to your client.
When you’ll respond to the client with a valid solution, the client gives it more values and importance. So always try to discuss more the problem’s solution, so the client can offer you a project.
