Graded Discussion Board for Teaching of Listening and Speaking Skills (ENG 514) will remain open from 16-01-2020 to 17-01-2020.

The topics for the GDB are:

Both speaking and listening skills are important for communicating successfully. Being a teacher of speaking and listening skills, which of these skills would you teach first to your students? Give your arguments.

OR

While learning a second language (L2), did the knowledge or sounds of your first language (L1) interfere with acquiring the second language? GIve your opinion.

Write your own views on any ONE of the above topics. Your comments should NOT exceed 200-250 words.
