Discussion Question:

A team of 12 members having equal number of male and female employees is formed by an organization to address customers’ complaints. The team members belong to all four provinces (Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhton Khwah and Baluchistan) of Pakistan; among them five are married while seven members are single. Consider this diverse workforce and recommend team manager the leadership style (transactional VS transformational) that will be more effective to attain improved team performance. Your logic has to be strong enough to convince the manager.
