 To make students familiar with the concept of “team building interventions”
Assignment question:
After experiencing financial setback, in response to the change interventions, Dublin Inc. has undertaken team building initiative “to get more creative” in its operations. As a student in OD, suggest and explain to the company’s CEO any five workplace conditions that would assist the company to suit best to this initiative.
IMPORTANT:
24 hours extra / grace period after the due date is usually available to overcome uploading difficulties. This extra time should only be used to meet the emergencies and above mentioned due date should always be treated as final to avoid any inconvenience.
