Arguably the most important contributor to knowledge management is Mr. Nonaka who introduced us to four modes of knowledge conversion through SECI model. It has become the cornerstone of knowledge creation and transfer. It methodologically proposed four ways how knowledge can be mutually shared, converted and combined in an organization.
Question:
Despite of huge clarity and acceptability of SECI model there are some flaws in it. Write a critical note on SECI model.
How to Attempt the Assignment:

1. Narrate the solution/s in bullet/s then rationally discuss about each bullet in next paragraph.
2. Maximum word limit is 1000 words.
   IMPORTANT:
