If you upload someone else’s video without the permission of the owner, you may get a copyright strike and your video will be taken down. The easiest way to avoid copyright violations is to create 100% original content. Your channel will be terminated/banned permanently as soon as you get 3 copyright strikes on your account.

If you can use someone else’s content on your YouTube channel, the copyright owner can submit a takedown request. If this is a valid request, your video will be removed from YouTube and you will get a copyright strike. You can wait for a copyright strike to expire, seek a retraction, or submit a counter-notification. If you get three copyright strikes, your channel is banned or terminated.
