Science and technology has come a long way. Now its possible to take bladder cells from the patients who has issue in his bladder and then grow these cells in lab and when they are developed so then are implanted into the body of the patient.

With the advancements in science and technology, its now possible to grow tissues and organs in a lab through techniques called as tissue culturing or organ culturing in whihc we provide different nutrients media as well as provide the required conditions to grow tissues and organs in the laboratory.

A genetic disorder is a disease caused in whole or in part by a change in the DNA sequence away from the normal sequence. Genetic disorders can be caused by a mutation in one gene (monogenic disorder), by mutations in multiple genes (multifactorial inheritance disorder), by a combination of gene mutations and environmental factors, or by damage to chromosomes (changes in the number or structure of entire chromosomes, the structures that carry genes). For example, Down Syndrome, Thalassemia, Cystic Fibrosis, Sickle Cell Anemia etc.

The most common patterns of transfer of genetic diseases are the following. Dominant genetic diseases are caused by a mutation in one copy of a gene. If a parent has a dominant genetic disease, then each of that person’s children has a 50% chance of inheriting the disease.

Monoclonal antibodies are antibodies that are made by identical immune cells that are all clones of a unique parent cell. Monoclonal antibodies can have monovalent affinity, in that they bind to the same epitope (the part of an antigen that is recognized by the antibody).
