Increasing processor speed along with increasing the number of processing cores has been the major trend.         Solution:
        Physical address = (Segment Address*0x10) + Offset address.
        = (FF01h * 0x10) + FF02h
        = FF010h + 0FF02h
        = 0EF12h

          Physical address = (Segment Address0x10) + Offset address.
          Offset Address = Physical address – (Segment Address
          0x10).
          = 0003Ch – (003Ah*0x10)
