On the other hand Management process is a process of setting goals, planning and/or controlling the organizing and leading the execution of any type of activity, such as a project or a process. First of all, you need to have an idea about the taste and requirements of the customer. Secondly, you have to design your marketing strategy in such a way that it should directly address the demands of a customer. The last step in the process of Marketing is “Exchanging value” which means that you are giving value to the customer in the shape of the product and getting value in exchange as money.
Whereas, an offering is a product or service you are providing to your customer. It also includes elements that represent additional value to your customers, such as availability, convenient delivery, technical support or quality of service.
For Example, you have sold a car to a customer for 10 lac rupees and a 5-year warranty. In this scenario, the car and the warranty is the offering and 10 lac rupees is the exchange.
