Case:
Mr, Ali, the HR manager of ABC Corporation consults with you that his organization has
selected some training programs for their employees. He said that all the employees are selected
for the training programs on alternate basis, but this type of training program is costing too much
to the organization and is ineffective in performance and employee motivation.
Question:
1- If you are the training consultant of ABC Corporation, please explain what the causes of
failure of this training program are, Give the suggestions for improvement as well.
